Add support to search made for kids content

As YouTube Data API v3 doesn't support searches for made for kids content in a constant time.

Switching a video and its channel to made for kids may take time, G81ju_JMwHU is a video I switched on 10 November 2022 on made for kids and UCbOoDorgVGd-4vZdIrU4C1A (https://www.youtubekids.com/channel/UCbOoDorgVGd-4vZdIrU4C1A) is its channel. However as modifying the title is seen on https://www.youtubekids.com/watch?v=G81ju_JMwHU I guess that I am unable to produce actual made for kids content, why? Maybe due to machine learning, see the associated documentation for made for kids videos and channels.
