Make `Shut Down` work like `Suspend` by restarting apps when resuming to avoid maid attacks #64

In fact is not it possible to have exactly resume from Suspend behavior except that have to provide decryption and login password to have such behavior instead of just login password? Initially I just had in mind restarting the apps but maybe not in the state they were.

That way even if someone steals the computer while it is Suspended it cannot retrieve somehow from unencrypted memory sensible data.

Note that the downside is that when resuming may be in a public space, hence may reveal publicly the decryption password.
