Done with GIMP.

I have in mind a relative computer where I have a user:

Making a 1920x1080, matching Display resolution, black image does seem to be taken into account too when from desktop right click the image and Set as Wallpaper....

Related to #20.

Maybe logging out and logging back makes it work.
