Maybe could leverage a Bluetooth proxy or remote control a Bluetooth capable device while having it locked/not interactable with (without password) and checking for movement not to be stolen and transmit such device microphone to test without being in the car.
However, pay attention to not playing the audio too loud to not disturb possible persons near car.
Otherwise can investigate the issue when someone else is driving this car.
