Dark theme for toolbar and startup `Happy coding!` #7

Current dark mode I use is Settings > Advanced settings... > settings > set theme to Dark.

So nothing really interesting.

Based on pyzo/issues/841#issuecomment-1447284620.

Face https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kvantum-qt5-git#comment-959591 when cmake . on Debian 12 with https://github.com/tsujan/Kvantum/releases/download/V1.1.0/Kvantum-1.1.0.tar.xz.
