Restore `crontab -e` last cursor location #5

In general I use the Stack Overflow answer 14449484

There is no occurrence of cron on this page, should test other answers if not equivalent and if still not enough investigate them to possibly modify them.

As far as I remember the issue is due to a temporary random file name.

May have an identical issue with visudo.
