Simple slots are added, users name is saved, but it is not dynamic yet, tells a joke when the user is sad

The current state of the weather module of the bot image

The bot supports only three cities at the time Budapest, Szeged, and Debrecen

As the next step weather information will be integrated with live API

In order for actions to work it is mandatory first to run rasa run actions

then on another terminal start

rasa shell
