Add Main Focus Filter #22

The dropdown should only be populated with Categories and Vtubers that are the focus of at least one Translation Channel. Also, this info won't change very often, a cache of several hours is probably fine?

Actually, could it be populated not from the backend, but from the info added to the channels in #21? Hmm, probably not, it would be missing the category tree.
