Too many main tags
Some unnecessary tags (consider applying more than one class to your tags)
The head tag should not be used inside the body

Great job @BenjaminMatembe your code works well but there are some issues you should consider improving on:

In line 41 of index.html file, consider replacing the X symbol with &times, this is because the X symbol will take the properties of the font and styling may be a bit difficult.
You should consider not using too many symantic tags, use more div tags to containerize your work.
