Reason for disagreement: 11 links do not work. There are only 15 links in the entire UG, 13 of them are in the content page, and all 11 broken links belong to the content page right at the start, making it extremely inconvenient to the user since if they want to navigate to any of the features, their only option is to scroll from the top.
