PF

Major functions / main services that the product provides.
Should be specific functions but does not need to go into details.
Details to be provided in the PR Sections

PR

consist of FR, NFR, UIR, etc...

UIR

Focuses on how users interact with the system and how the system responds to their actions.
Specify types of inputs users (buttons, drop-down menus, etc)
Responsiveness / compatibility.
Describe UI Design (context can be similar to FR but the focus is on UI Design. What you see. Not what it does)

FR

Describes behaviour of system, things that affect the implementation of the system.
Goes into specific detail about PF

NFR

my interpretation: things that do not necessarily affect how you would implement the system
eg. comply to regulations, compatible with chrome, firefox, safari, budget within ***
