This is the first time I noticed this bug. Happened on this question. Not sure if it happened before, but I'll keep an eye out on future occurrences.

Any idea what may be causing the issue?

Reloading the page fixed the issue :/ Closing the issue for now, but still not quite sure what went wrong in that meantime.
