Will remove option to infer noise for time being.

Will make a start on writing the functions using Roxygen2.

Have you done any documentation of the functions that's not committed? Otherwise I can have a crack at adding some documentation in the next few days. I think we're getting close to something that we can release on CRAN! Doing all the stuff that's on the todo list will take longer, but I think we've got the minimum set of features that users would want.

Hi Frank. I will send some things up today and tomorrow. Glad to hear that we could get something on CRAN soon and good point about taking care of the to do list in time (I was thinking we would have to complete the list beforehand, so this is exciting!)
