Documentation of outputs for doMCMC is incomplete #19

We are not currently describing what the outputs of this function are; we need to update this in the roxygen documentation.

Done and will push to git. Additionally, I made spacing changes (line breaks) so that the documentation doesn't trail off the page. I cannot see what this looks like, since the Roxygen documentation was compiled when you pushed to CRAN, so can you either confirm the spacing is fixed or let me know how I can compile the manual and see what it looks like? Cheers.

P.s. I saved the current git files to a separate folder in case we have that problem where my push overwrites and doesn't merge. Let me know if there is a problem and we can revert.
