Enumerate and write out the startup/usage procedures for using the radio telescope.

Start up/usage/calibration pages made, still need some things added to them.:

Usage: overview of the other important buttons on top of SRTN window

Calibration: Software Calibration

Updated the wiki with info pulled from various MIT publications and the help file in our version of srtn. Still need to run some of the commands ourselves to fill out details, but will do this when I'm at a place to fully understand everything in SRTN.
