Variable adjustment/calibration for dongle integration could be stored in a config file ( #9 ), for which documentation should also be written ( #2 #19 )
@theDarkLard
What exactly do you mean when you say "the dongle mod"? Do you just mean calibrating for the dongle as opposed to whatever hardware they were using beforehand?
I'm referring to some extra calibration instructions that were referenced in the 2013 paper that went along with the dongle mod. As far as I know they can all be taken care of from within the software and should be relatively straight forward, I was just thinking we should collect them and put them in one place on the wiki.
Sounds good!
Since we haven't been able to observe yet/know or test how we will calibrate it, I am moving this issue to a future milestone that seems more appropriate with our revised schedule.
moved to m9
Now that the dish is up, we should all spend some time re-reading all the literature from MIT haystack to see what we have to do to calibrate. We should all meet up and make sure we are all on the same page, then hash out a plan for it.
I think we should aim to have calibration done (assuming no huge problems) before next class?
This is on hold, until #107 is resolved, moving to m11
