Prep for roof build: test rotor #39

Test the rotor to make sure it works and the controller setup works with it. We should test with approx. the same length of cable it would take to interface the rotor with controller. Test for full range of motion. Publish results to wiki.

The rotor works with controller when manipulated with the mouse control. Test cables were used, as we decided to put off getting full-length cables until they were needed. Still need to test with SRTN, issue #29 . Wiki updated with procedure on getting the rotator set up and working.
