find documentation for rotor and find out how to wire it to controller #42

Some documentation I found initially. Would probably be worth doing some more digging to find out which plate to remove, etc, to get to the wiring connections. Adding the part documentation to the wiki would be useful.

additional documentation on how to connect to the controller came with the rotator and a hard copy exists in the lab. I will take photos/scan it and add it to the wiki page above later.
