Drill LNA base plate and cake pan. #51

I was planning to have this done already, but I got sick. I will do it tonight or the next day. I may require some assistance with the pan as it will be tricky to clamp in a way that does not cause damage. The pan and base plate are currently in VAPA.

I can help with drilling - just let me know when you need me in the metal shop.

Chernoh and I spent a solid 4 hours in the metal shop and have completed the measuring and drilling. A step by step write up will be added to the wiki.
