srthelp.c and srt.hlp need to be more descriptive #6

These are the files that detail the help menu within the SRT program. As of now, documentation and instruction is limited/not wholly useful.

With the latest commits, I think this issue is good to be closed -- I got descriptions, usage, and examples for most of the keywords, making it easier to understand (and noting which keywords are no longer used). Some descriptions could use a little more work, but overall, it is definitely more descriptive.
