compute movement tolerance for mount #91

how far can the dish/mount travel under vibration/nasty weather?

Did we do this in class and find that it had about a 1" tolerance? Or was that a calculation for something else?

I seem to remember us doing this and coming up with 1". @hcrowl can you verify?

I don't remember for sure. But, either way, you guys should probably do it again since I was doing it fairly casually with rounded numbers.

m9 ended yesterday - do we have a tolerance computed?

My calculations:

(x/11.5 feet)=tan1degrees

(x/11.5 feet)=0.01745506

x=0.20073325 feet

x=2.4088 inches.

Can somebody check my math?
