Add gaps into the gnn_tracking #15

Posibility that the tracking continues, even if the cell is lost in some frame during the segmentation

Gaps are included. Missing: max_travel_distance can be higher for gaps > 1. Need to take this into account.

Todo: Check with Ben for implementation in the Tracking_Class
