Hello, Sorry for the late reply. Unlike GeneRax, AleRax takes as input a distribution of gene trees instead of an alignment. You need to infer the posterior distribution from your alignment and the substitution model with a Bayesian inference tool such as MrBayes, and then run AleRax on it. I'll try to catch this error and return an explicit error message when this happens. Best, Benoit
