Left hand action menu in Content Item view

 Current there is a Left hand menu (the one with: info | view | workflow | versions | audit log) for each content type item which is a drop down list.

These should appear horizontally on the green menu bar changing info into view 
and listing them in the following order with the addition of the words in 
quotes (but without quotes)

| view | edit | 'create' versions | 'comment' workflow | 'view' audit log |

r6683 implements the physical change needed for this -- that is to change the 
context_actions from being mark-up as the left-column box to being marked-up as 
an "actions" *sub-menu* of the plone_contentmenu horizontal bar (then shown 
floated to left of that bar). 

The remaining part is now to flatten out the display of this "actions" 
*sub-menu* such that each entry (or sub-sub-menu if the entry is itself a 
sub-menu) will appear as an top-level item in the plone_contentmenu horizontal 
bar -- this should be done by CSS re-styling this "actions" menu.
