Workflow error while adding comment #663

Adding a comment on the workflow change results in an error, but the workflow 
transition still goes through.

fixed in r6978

Fix workflow transition form, that on submit of a transition with a "comment on
workflow change" gives the error "The page that you are trying to access is not
available" even if the workflow is changed and the comment saved -- for some
reason the form was trying to redirect to None, now it checks for this and if
None redirects to HTTP_REFERER instead.
