Move scheduling page into the workspace

The Bungeni theme now distinguishes between the workspace (where you can do 
stuff) and other sections (where you cannot do stuff). The scheduling page is 
still in business -> sittings so when the clerk switches to the scheduling page 
the theme changes to the 'non workspace theme'.

The scheduling page needs to be moved within the workspace so that it acquires 
the same theme properties as the items in the workspace.
