Member of Parliament : Additional Metadata Required

For a member of Parliament we need additional plain text fields to capture :

 - Parliamentary title / position 
 - Parliamentary Alias

Additionally - "declaration of interest" is required to be recorded for members 
of parliament. There can be more than one "declaration of interest" for a 
Member of Parliament. 

It should be possible to add declarations of interest on the member of 
parliament's screen, and publish specific ones using a workflow.

Additional custom metadata fields : custom1 and custom2 as textline fields are 
also required.
