Cant Install Plone #772

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Plone....

What is the expected output?
Plone successfully installed...

What do you see instead?
Packages not found on the repositories. Possible mispelled package names...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried several by changing the dates on setup.ini contained on the release.ini 
Im using Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.
Followed every step... In my opinion the ini files are incoherent with what is 
really being installed.
