The Problem
Bungeni scheduling currently provides a way to record and generate the
proceedings of a meeting (sitting). There is no way to capture in structured
fashion, records of any voting carried out during a sitting.
What to capture
Records of voting may include these components:
A brief of what the vote was about
A summary of votes cast (for, against e.t.c)
A record of the participants in the vote and their corresponding vote
Vote records should be tied to a specific item on the agenda (an item may have
zero or more vote records). Records should also be available in reporting
templates.
A similar scenario is also applicable for attendance records
