Wrong package name in README #1

Just tried to follow Installation instructions and noticed that currently README tells to install "elasticsearch-django-debug-toolbar" while actual package name is "django-elasticsearch-debug-toolbar"

Thanks, corrected in the readme. The package name and the Github have different names ... I am going to rename one of them
