Unable to update the name of an event only
A user may accidentally make a typo in the event name, while keeping the date the same. The current implementation does not allow for only the editing of event name.

Description
When editing events, why do users need to input both names and date? For example, I mistyped the event name for a person and need to rename it. Users would have to type the date time again.
Expected
Users should be able to edit events without entering all of the fields required.
Actual
Users have to enter all the fields for events to edit; this is simply just deleting and adding tag again.
