Initial view fix #98

Fixed a bunch of bugs:

'Time used with' weapon title is gone
If there is no medal count, it shouldn't be shown
Can't copy on www.sacstats.com/... url
On sm-md screen size change, there needs to be a refresh by scroll
Next Aurax button is not hiding properly every time
Constant Columns button clicks need to stop, especially on pagination clicks.

Added a basic outfit controller and poll 'homepage'

This will close #97
