Check 01_ outputs against observations.

I produced and saved one plot from script 01_getinputs_byFAO_ISIMIP3a.R for effort data. The figure can be found under the Output folder and it is called Effort_FAO1_check_DFA.pdf. I only added my initials to the end of the file name so we can identify and compare it with the original version.
