Write tutorial as markdown #6

The tutorial should go through the steps to calibrate and run DBPM for a selected area (e.g., LME, FAO area, or both).

To be developed by @juliablanchard, @kjmurph and @lidefi87

I started adding information to the README file, which I am hoping to use as the tutorial.

I was thinking I can add the comparison to ACCESS-OM2 here, but if it is better to keep separate, I can move the NCI info from here into a new repo.
