Check if `spinup_FAO_ISIMIP3a.R` is needed #7

The script spinup_FAO_ISIMIP3a.R does not seem to be part of the model workflow.

I think it may have been started to test how to calculate the spinup, but it is not needed anymore. There are a couple of functions that calculate spinup in the supporting_functions.R script. There is also a function that calculates a "stable spinup" in the LME_calibration.R script, which was moved from the 03_rungridbyLME.R script running the gridded model.

@juliablanchard, could you confirm if its is OK to remove this script from the repo?

Julia confirmed file can be deleted. This function is included under step 01 and it is part of the supporting_functions.R script
