Difference between transfreq & numclusters in PyHum.E1E2 #26

Happy summer!

The parameters and in the E1E2 analysis, as described on the module page, both set the transducer frequency in kHz. However, the default settings for transfreq is 200 kHz and the default settings for numclusters is 3 kHz.

The test script notes that the value for numclusters is "number of acoustic classes to group observations", as opposed to the explanation given "transducer frequency in KhZ" on the module website. Closing the issue
