Items/blocks/etc worn as /hat are breaking in acid rain

Description A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

We have various servers with various /hat plugins, when players use their perk of /hat in the /acid world, the rain breaks it with the item-breaking sound, and the item disappears. Probably trying to force durability of helmets going down.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'item in hand in acid world'
2. Click on 'command to /hat'
3. Scroll down to 'wait in rain and hear it break, see item disapepar'
4. See error: cry in spanish

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

it's not a helmet, didn't expect it to break
