Add custom ranks #111

I would love it if you could add the ability to create custom ranks in the config for islands instead of just island member and owner. This would be nice for managing an island together with (a) friend(s) or giving trusted members more power.

This would be even better if we implement it directly in BSB : we would create a /is team setrole <trust/customrank/captain/etc> or a /is team invite <coop/trust/...> Which would allow us to create an infinite number of ranks. Only coops would stay apart, or maybe we should implement it in this system to.

Might not be done. However, we should have a look at adding an "Officer" rank.

I was thinking to reduce the amount of ranks to make it more simple for our users, is this also a possibility?
