Enderchests not working

Describe the bug

When players place an enderchest down, they can't open it. It says "World Protected: Ender chests are disabled in this world." I'm pretty sure this isn't an issue with any other plugin because this only happens with my skyblock world. I tried placing the enderchest at spawn and a different world and sure enough, the players were able to open it just fine.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Place an enderchest, and let a deopped player try to open it? I'm not sure if there's a plugin I have that's conflicting with yours or something but that's pretty much what happens.

Expected behavior

They should be able to open and use enderchests.

Obviously, this could be any one of my plugins causing this. But there's two reasons I'm certain it's bentobox. 1) This doesn't happen to any of my other worlds. I tested this by placing an enderchest in my spawn world, and my mines world, and players were able to open the enderchests there just fine. They place one down on their own island, it says World Protected: ender chests are disabled. 2) My first thought when I realized it was just the bskyblock world was to check the bentobox config because I figured there was something blocking it there. I took a look at the en-US file in the locales folder, and saw these - https://prnt.sc/sib06p https://prnt.sc/sib0dj The wording in the screenshots there are pretty much exactly what it says when my players try to use the enderchests, soo, yeah. However, unless I'm looking in the wrong place, I can't find anything in any of the config files about ender chests that might be the cause of this. If you know what's happening, please let me know.
