Prestige island

Have a feature that enables prestiges of a island, e.g. /is prestige. This would reset the island and give configurable extra items/abilities. (e.g. better cobble gen, large island space, better start items).

You can set requirements in config (e.g. have x island levels or have set of items at the same time)
