Another setting for "visitor-banned-commands:" but one to ban only visitors and not trusted or cooped players

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I personally think it's more of a good addon to have. Right now we have "visitor-banned-commands:" which bans commands everyone but island members and above. I personally like this feature a lot but I think another thing that would be good to have is something similar to that but it bans only visitors and trusted and above could use it.

I think the current visitor-banned-commands: could be renamed to something along the lines of nonmember-banned-commands: and this new feature could be called visitor-banned-commands:

I have asked in the discord to confirm that this doesn't exist but not much more than that.

I believe visitor-banned-commands should only apply to visitors. We'll have to create another config option for cooped and trusted players, since I think admins might want to prevent them from running commands like /sethome.

Agreed. I'd like both options to exist as I want to ban /top for only visitors and not cooped/trusted but also want /sethome to only be available for members and up.
