PlaceHolder %bskyblock_on_island% is displayed incorrectly in the nether world

Expected behavior

When I was in the nether world on my island,%bskyblock_on_island% should be true.

Observed/Actual behavior

When I type "/papi parse me %bskyblock_on_island%" in the nether world, the result shows as false
