Here's two things to try:

  1. If you are Op, then you can do anything anywhere, so turn that off using /boxadmin switch
  2. Change the settings of Border to use WBAPI.

Also, did you move the box by throwing the ender pearl?

Yes, I have juste use the ender pearl

That was it then. If you read the book, then you can see the ender pearl moves the box (if you are the owner).
