Addon is not working with latest version, mobs are not spawning

Expected behavior

Shulkers and other mobs should spawn normally.

Observed/Actual behavior

They cannot spawn, I maximalized the chances, but still nothing, no console errror.

Just install with latest version and 1.21.1 mc

I also tested latest dev buid from august, but its not working too, the same problem.

In my testing it works:

Here you can see where Endermen became Shulkers.

Let me explain some of the logic:

• ExtraMobs converts naturally spawned mobs into extra mobs
• The default conversion rate is only 1%. If you want them to always convert, the setting in config.yml needs to be 1 and not 0.01
• Conversion only happens in the island version of the game. E.g., nether islands, or end islands. It does not happen if the vanilla nether or end is used.

• Mobs must be on specific block types to change:

  • Shulkers have to be on Purpur blocks, slabs, or stairs to generate.
  • Wither Skeletons must be on nether bricks, slabs, or stairs

  Guardians will only generate if the biome is correct - it must be some kind of deep ocean biome and they must have some kind of prismarine block above them.

So, in general, the idea with this addon is to enable these rare mobs to generate more often, but they won't just generate like crazy.
