Not snowing. #27

Describe the bug

Hi im using bentobox 1.7.0, acidisland 1.6.0 and greenhouses-0.4.1-SNAPSHOT-b92 There is no snow spawning inside cold greenhouses. it does consume water bukkets but not produce any snow inside the greenhouse.

Can you please fix this?

bentobox 1.7.0, acidisland 1.6.0 and greenhouses-0.4.1-SNAPSHOT-b92 BentoBox setup
