Conversion outside of greenhouse

Describe the bug

Conversions work if the block which is needed for conversion is outside of the greenhouse.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1) Create greenhouse with conversion. 2) Place one block under glass. 3) Place second block outside of greenhouse next to first block under glass. 4) Wait.

Expected behavior

Block shouldn't convert.
