Support for ceil growing plants

In 1.17 there are some new plants that grow from ceil. Now they grow on the floor, which is buggy.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add support for this type of plants. They should grow on ceil.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Alternatively there might be support also for plants that grow on sides of block, like classic vines.

@tastybento It works. But i don't know if it is thanks to this update, but greenhouse stopped changing blocks on the floor.

Fixed - this was a bug from a few months ago.
