When it reaches the limit, no chicken should come out of the egg.

That's weird! I wonder what changed!

Hmm, I cannot replicate this. I am blocked from increasing chickens and see an error. However, with thrown eggs, the way the bypass is checked is to see if there is an Op player or a player with the bypass perm within a 10x10x10 box around the egg breaking location, so maybe this is what is happening.
