Add New placeholders for entities limit New placeholders for getting the base limit (without offset added) BlockGrowEvent to prevent crops to grow if they exceed the limit (ex. sugar cane)

Can it be merged? Spawn of entities take o lot of perfomance

@VozikCZE I'm not sure how this PR will improve things for you, but I merged it and you can try it on ci.bentobox.world.

Okay, so can you compare with the snapshot to see what the difference is with this change?

@tastybento Screen shows that difference .. first is before and second is afer. With same amount of players.
