Our playerbase has been asking us daily if we could look into potentially adding tab auto filling names of online players when using /is visit

/is visit Worl (press tab to autofill to Worldguard)
Settings for /is visit does not have to be removed, they could still stay even though players names are mixed in.
Potentially have this as an option in the config, if server owners would like for their playerbase to be able to "Tab" auto fill online names that they have partially written when using /is visit
